Waiting list
When you join the waiting list, we use your email address to manage your place, send a confirmation email, and contact you about access to KroxMedia. If you follow a referral link, its referral code is included with your request. The waiting-list form works whether or not you accept analytics.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, page views, navigation, scroll depth, video engagement, and waiting-list form activity. Google processes technical information about your browser and device and uses analytics cookies to distinguish visits. We do not send the email address you enter, the contents of form fields, or raw form error messages to Analytics. We remove query strings and page fragments from the page addresses we send. We do not enable advertising personalisation or Google Signals.
Heatmaps and session recordings
With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling, navigation, and areas where visitors get stuck. Clarity creates heatmaps and session replays from interactions with this public website. Sensitive text is masked, and we explicitly mask the entire waiting-list dialog, including form entries and messages. We do not assign your email or waiting-list identity to a recording. Recordings do not start on pages with URL query parameters or unrecognised page fragments.

Your choice
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are not loaded before you accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the site. Your choice is saved in your browser for up to 180 days. Google Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days. Clarity uses its own cookies to connect page views into sessions; see its cookie information above for their durations. You can revisit your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting after previously accepting removes this site's Google Analytics and Clarity cookies and stops further collection after the page reloads; it does not erase data already collected.
